We found a gap in the market from a cuisine POV, and we plugged it with a strong, founder-led brand with proven sales across multiple delivery zones. Little Bao Boy now boasts annual delivery sales of £312k in Balham. It’s enabled the partner to cover his costs, engage his staff and maintain a healthy profit in a competitive London market.
