The Challenge
Our partner knows the challenge of operating a kitchen without having a high street presence and had previously worked with a company who specialised in virtual brands. Despite big promises, he found that the brands failed to really engage with customers and they never attracted the volume of orders needed.
The Solution
We knew that this location was ideal for our smash burger brand, SoBe Burger, and suggested that he switched to delivering our SoBe burger suite. The brand was an immediate hit, with over 300 orders in the first week. Due to our partner’s consistent operations, that number has steadily grown with a high percentage of repeat customers.
They’re one of the few companies I’ve worked with that take ‘partnership’ seriously. A lot of the other brand-led companies, it wasn’t really a partnership, it was more of a case of here you go, here’s our product off the shelf and run with it. Whereas Sessions is very much continual support
