The Challenge

This restaurant was falling out of love with virtual brands. They had been working with a competitor of Sessions’, but the brands they had provided were drastically losing sales week on week. With a big chef team on the payroll, the owner was wondering how they were going to keep their dark kitchen afloat.

The Solution

We approached the restaurant last summer with SoBe Burger, an authentic, original brand. Ever since its launch, SoBe Burger alone has made the restaurant consistent sales figures of £364k per year, and has never seen a drop. We’ve proven to the owner that an authentic brand, versus a virtual brand developed in a marketing suite, can build a loyal customer base that want to come back for more, consistently.
