The Challenge

After running a physical franchise in central Glasgow for many years, the owner became interested in opening a dark kitchen and operating exclusively on the delivery platforms, however, it proved difficult to keep the business operating with only the single brand bringing in revenue and no in house sales.

The Solution

We met the owner at a tradeshow earlier this year and discussed adding SoBe Burger into their site to maximise their kitchen and bring in some more revenue. Since then, their sales have grown week on week, bringing up to £312k per year across the platforms with a 40% repeat customer rate, proving that the Sessions brands have longevity in a competitive city centre market.
