The Katsu Sando originators are BACK! TOU have set up residence in the Globe in the heart of Borough Market. TOU is the brainchild of TATA EATERY, “Nomadic Food Jedis” who have been responsible for some of the the most exciting concepts on the London culinary landscape.This iteration of TOU takes Japanese - Americana against a backdrop of a natural wine bar nestled on the first floor of this iconic pub. The menu will of course feature the infamous Katsu Sando, but will unveil dishes as they progress.
