BAOHAUS

Taiwanese baos and bowls from chef, author and director Eddie Huang
Eddie Huang is an American author, director, and chef whose impact on American food culture was cemented with the launch of Baohaus in 2009. Opening in New York's East Village, Baohaus quickly grew a cult following and lay the cultural and culinary groundwork for future Taiwanese restaurants in the city.
In the decade since, Eddie has published a best-selling memoir 'Fresh Off the Boat' - which was turned into a six-season scripted show for ABC - hosted shows on MTV and Vice, and written and directed the coming-of-age movie, Boogie.
We have the exclusive rights to serve Baohaus in the UK offering a menu of Taiwanese buns, bowls, salads and wings.
