Every year Taste of London takes over Regents Park, bringing together the best chefs and restaurants from London's food scene.
Tommy and Anna spent an evening sampling as much as they could and topped it off with what is arguably London's best cookie: Mamma G Cookies.
We first met founder Tim at Mission Kitchen, where our executive chef was developing some new recipes, and the smell of fresh baked cookies brought us over to Tim's oven. A former investment banker, Tim decided to pursue his true passion in 2021 and so Mamma G's was born.
We caught up with him at Taste of London, where he gave us a tour through some of his bestselling cookie flavours and a little background on what makes Mamma G's so special.
